Configuring the SSO Integration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Download the certificate<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

- Find your application in the Configured Applications<\/strong> list and click anywhere in the row to reopen its configuration window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

- Click Create SSO configuration<\/strong> then select SAML<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Enter the following information:\n

- Configuration name<\/strong> – enter a unique name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- SAML SSO URL<\/strong> – enter the 黑料海角91入口 IDP URL<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Certificate fingerprint<\/strong> – enter the SHA-256 Certificate fingerprint from the certificate<\/a> downloaded in the previous section<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- (Optional) Remote logout URL<\/strong> – enter a logout URL where users should be redirected after they sign out of Zendesk \n
- \n
- Use https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com\/userconsole\/<\/kbd> if you would like users to return to their user portal when they logout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- (Optional) IP ranges<\/strong> – enter a list of IP ranges if you want to redirect users to the appropriate sign-in option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select Show button when users sign in<\/strong> to add a Continue with SSO<\/strong> button to the Zendesk sign-in page. \n

- You can customize the button label by entering a value in the Button name<\/strong> field. Custom button labels are useful if you add multiple SSO buttons to the sign-in page. See Adding “Continue with SSO” buttons to the Zendesk sign-in page<\/a> for more information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
<\/p><\/div>Tip:<\/strong> \nBy default, enterprise SSO configurations are inactive. You must assign the SSO configuration to users<\/a> to activate it.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

- You can only select one external authentication option for end users. When you select SAML for Single Sign On for end users, it automatically deselects Zendesk Authentication if it’s enabled. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Staff members can have multiple external authentication options. If SSO and Zendesk Authentication are enabled for Staff members, they can use both. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Deselect the Zendesk Authentication option to make SSO the only authentication method for end users and staff members. This permanently deletes all Zendesk passwords within 24 hours. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- If Zendesk passwords are disabled or deleted, consider allowing an account owner or admin to bypass SSO with a password in the event the identity pr\n

- To set these permissions<\/strong>:\n

Assign the SSO connector to end users and team members<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

- In the Zendesk Admin portal, go to Team member authentication<\/strong> or End user authentication<\/strong>, and select External authentication<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click\u00a0Single sign-on (SSO)<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0then SAML<\/strong>. select the name(s) of the 黑料海角91入口 configuration(s) you want to use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

Authorizing User SSO Access<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Users are implicitly denied access to applications. After you connect an application to 黑料海角91入口, you need to authorize user access to that application. You can authorize user access from the Application Configuration<\/strong> panel or from the Groups Configuration<\/strong> panel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
To authorize user access from the Application Configuration panel<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

- Go to USER AUTHENTICATION > SSO<\/strong> Applications<\/strong>, then select the application to which you want to authorize user access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select the User Groups<\/strong> tab. If you need to create a new group of users, see Get Started: User Groups<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select the check box next to the group of users you want to give access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

Additional attributes are required to use JIT provisioning. JIT required attributes are prepopulated and are on by default to enable JIT provisioning. You can\u2019t edit the JIT required service provider attributes. You can customize the 黑料海角91入口 attribute name and the constant value for JIT required attributes. Toggle off the attributes to opt out of sending the attributes in the SAML assertion<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To complete the provisioning process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
