- The Identity Management integration is for creating new users in 黑料海角91入口 from Workday only. The integration does not import updates to existing users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- User import is one way, from Workday to 黑料海角91入口, and unique users may only be imported once. Changes to users in 黑料海角91入口 will not be reflected back to Workday.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The user import process is manual – there is no ongoing data synchronization after the import is complete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 黑料海角91入口 imports only JSON formatted data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Creating a new 黑料海角91入口 Application Integration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

- Log in to the 黑料海角91入口 Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Go to\u00a0USER AUTHENTICATION\u00a0<\/strong>>\u00a0SSO<\/strong> Applications<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click + Add New Application<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Type the name of the application in the Search <\/strong>field and select it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- In the Display Label<\/strong>, type your name for the application. Optionally, you can enter a Description<\/strong>, adjust the User Portal Image and choose to hide or Show in User Portal<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

Configuring the SSO Integration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
<\/p><\/div>Note:<\/strong> \n黑料海角91入口 sends a value, the NameID<\/kbd>, in the SAML Assertion that Workday uses to identify which user is attempting SSO. This value must match a user’s Workday username. If your users’ Workday usernames already exist within 黑料海角91入口 (as their emails or 黑料海角91入口 usernames), you may choose which of these attributes to send as the NameID<\/kbd> for each user. If your users’ Workday usernames do not match any pre-existing attributes in 黑料海角91入口, you will need to add a WorkdayID<\/kbd> custom attribute for every user that will be using SSO to Workday. To do so, complete the following steps for every user:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- In the 黑料海角91入口 Admin Portal, navigate to USER MANAGEMENT > Users<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select the user for whom you will add a custom attribute<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select the Details <\/strong>tab and then scroll down to the Custom Attributes <\/strong>section<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select add new custom attribute<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- In the Attribute Name<\/strong> field, enter WorkdayID<\/kbd><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- In the Attribute Value<\/strong> field, enter the user’s Workday username<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select Save User<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
To configure 黑料海角91入口<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

- Create a new application<\/a> or select it from the Configured Application<\/strong>s list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

- Select on the user menu in the upper left corner (your Workday avatar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select Workbench<\/strong> from the drop-down menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select Account Administration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select Edit Tenant Setup – Security<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- In the Single Sign-on<\/strong> section under Redirection URLs<\/strong>, select the +<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Under Redirect Type<\/strong>, select Single URL<\/strong> and enter the following information:\n

- Login Redirect URL<\/strong> – copy and paste the 黑料海角91入口 IDP URL<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Logout Redirect URL<\/strong> – enter https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com\/userconsole\/<\/kbd><\/li>\n\n\n\n

- In the SAML Setup<\/strong> section, check the box next to Enable SAML Authentication<\/strong> and SAML Identity Providers<\/strong> and select the +<\/strong> icon. Enter the following information:\n

- On the Create x509 Public Key page<\/strong>, enter a Name<\/strong> for your certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Certificate<\/strong> – copy and paste the contents of the certificate downloaded in the previous section<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Back on the Edit Tenant Setup – Security<\/strong> page, leave the Service Provider ID<\/strong> as the default value or, if it is blank, enter http:\/\/www.workday.com<\/kbd>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Check the box next to Enable SP Initiated SAML Authentication<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- In the IdP SSO Service URL<\/strong> field, enter the same 黑料海角91入口 IDP URL<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select inside the Authentication Request Signature Method<\/strong> field and select SHA-256<\/strong> from the drop-down menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Ensure that all other values and checkboxes in both the Single Sign-on<\/strong> and SAML Setup<\/strong> sections of this page (that are not explicitly mentioned above) are blank and unchecked, respectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select OK<\/strong> and then Done<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Authorizing User SSO Access<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Users are implicitly denied access to applications. After you connect an application to 黑料海角91入口, you need to authorize user access to that application. You can authorize user access from the Application Configuration<\/strong> panel or from the Groups Configuration<\/strong> panel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
To authorize user access from the Application Configuration panel<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

- Go to USER AUTHENTICATION > SSO<\/strong> Applications<\/strong>, then select the application to which you want to authorize user access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
