\u201cWe bought a few laptops and people started working,\u201d says Baron, a one-man IT shop who serves as Alimetry\u2019s ICT and Implementation Lead. \u201cEverything was open, and people could do anything they wanted. Password Manager is an amazing tool for us.<\/p>\nGuy Baron<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPassword Manager<\/a> is an amazing tool for us,\u201d Baron explains. \u201cEach year, we have a lot of interns come in and stay for three months, and they then go,\u201d which can cause problems when it comes to trying to access certain accounts. \u201cThis is something we didn\u2019t have before \u2014 we couldn\u2019t control the passwords. The fact that it\u2019s centrally managed and we are able to enable, disable, add, and retrieve devices and all the backups is great.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Baron also likes the fact that he can see, at a glance, who\u2019s using strong and weak passwords just by looking at a dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe don\u2019t have the manpower to look into that manually, and 黑料海角91入口 gives us the information,\u201d he says. \u201cThat was a very welcome addition.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dynamic groups<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI use Dynamic Groups for devices,\u201d Baron says. \u201cWe have different policy groups for different operating systems, and then we have special groups for our production devices or meeting room devices; as they require a slightly different policy.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, it takes longer for screens to get locked in meeting rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYou don\u2019t want to lock it while people are in a meeting because they didn\u2019t touch the mouse,\u201d Baron says. \u201cOur production devices have specific features, too. We\u2019re running some scenarios where the machine stays on for hours, and you don\u2019t want updates to automatically restart the machine in the middle of a certain test.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remote Assist<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
